Travel Options

ID and Passport Requirements

All campers are required to have a piece of government-issued ID that matches the name and gender on their ticket for travel. On the registration form, there will be a location to include camper's legal name. This will only be used for the purpose of booking travel and will be kept confidential.

For campers travelling from the United States, they are required to have a valid passport in order to cross the border.

Once campers arrive at camp, we have a secure location for them to store any ID/passports for the duration of camp along with any personal electronics used for the purpose of travel.

Travel Costs

Everyone is required to pay a minimum $25 non-refundable booking fee for all travel. This amount will be included in your final travel costs.

Once travel has been booked (April-June), the travel costs will be added to your online account and you will be notified by email. Travel costs are due by September 1st and can be paid by credit card, e-transfer or cheque. We can also set up a payment plan and/or schedule multiple payments if needed.
