Program description:

This two-week program is designed for 17 and 18 year olds that identify as LGBTQ2+.  The first week will focus on leaderships, team-based activities, and social change.  In the second week, LITs will have opportunities to employ their leadership skills with younger campers with the support of Rainbow Cam counsellors as mentors.  The Rainbow Cam LIT program aims to foster skills in collaboration, accountability and leadership through the eyes of a camp counsellor and leaders in the LGBTQ2+ community.  In addition to the leadership programming, LITs will have opportunities to participate in traditional camp activities such as swimming, canoeing, campfires and crafts.
